A lady in my knitting group got people to knit these cottages (pattern from Age UK) so she can put them together and make a village street scene. The idea is that they will be photographed for the local paper. I'm not sure if she's trying to raise some funds or just to raise awareness of Age UK. I've put a bag of rice in mine with the idea it can be used as a doorstop.
